CDM COORDINATION

Appointing us as your CDM Coordinator ensures peace of mind, knowing that essential health and safety duties are being met on your construction project. We work closely and efficiently with Clients' management and project teams, liasing with the Health and Safety Executive where necessary.

Within our role we will:

- Advise and assist you with your duties
- Notify details of the project to HSE
- Coordinate health and safety aspects of design work and co-operate with others involved with the project
- Facilitate good communication between the you, designers and contractors
- Liaise with the principal contractor regarding ongoing design work
- Identify, collect and pass on pre-construction information and prepare/update the health and safety plan
- Prepare Construction phase Health & Safety file
